We also accept private health insurance where applicable, and our reception team is always happy to help clarify costs and any health fund claims ahead of your visit so there are no surprises.

Do you bulk bill?

We happily accept Medicare CDM/EPC referrals but we do not offer bulk billing. If you are referred under the Medicare CDM/EPC scheme you will receive a rebate of $61.80 from Medicare directly into your bank account which we can process for you.This will leave an out of pocket expense of $58.20 for your initial consult and $33.20 for subsequent consultations.

For us to process your Medicare rebate you must bring your Medicare card and a bank card linked to a cheque or savings account with your pin number. If you require any further details please contact us.

 

Can I claim through private health insurance?
If your private health fund includes podiatry, you can claim a rebate on the spot through our HICAPS terminal—just bring your health fund card with you.
What if I need orthotics?
Orthotics are custom-made to suit your feet and treatment needs. Pricing varies depending on the type of orthotic, and we’ll provide a quote before moving ahead.
How do I pay for my appointment?
We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and cash. Payment is required on the day of your consultation.
Do you treat children?

Yes, we provide podiatry care for children, including assessments for flat feet, walking concerns, and growing pains.
